REBOOT ASSEMBLE!!!
Camp Byron Cleanup Days are here, and we’re looking for volunteers!!!
Bring your dump trailers, work gloves, shovels, metal rakes, bobcats / excavators , chainsaws, great attitudes, and ATVs!!! Yard work and possible lodge work.
We will feed you but you need to BYOB. Volunteers are welcome to spend the night. Bring a sleeping bag/cot just in case beds fill up.

Fly Fishing Seminar
Saturday, May 11, 2024 (8am til whenever) our ReBoot Fly Fishing Group will gather for a session of skill building for the newbies, and advanced lessons for those that need it. We will have lunch (pack your own) with some tying in the afternoon, and I would like to assemble fly tying kits for the new fly tiers to take home and use themselves. This will also be a time of planning for fishing trips this spring/summer/fall.
Make some calls and ask around..."Who can take our group of anglers fishing this season? Who has a place to stay if we need to go overnight?" We want to ink some definite trips into our schedule for this season. Please bring Easy-Up Tents, chairs, folding tables, and some fishing trip plans. We are ready to FISH!!!!!!!

ORO Rabbit Hunting Program 2024
Operation ReBoot Outdoors 2024 Rabbit Hunting Program
Come and spend a relaxing day in the woods chasing snowshoe hare (rabbits) over beagles.
Guide, Joe Plante, has graciously offered to take veterans out rabbit hunting with his awesome beagles around Western Maine whenever the snow conditions are right for the dogs.
Get your name on the list by filling out the application form and we will contact you when it is your turn.
Of course, wear warm clothing, pack a lunch, have a hunting license, and bring more water to drink than you think you need.
We prefer a 12-gauge shotgun with number sixes, but other gauges are also fine. If you choose a lesser gauge, try and get “high brass” ammo...it helps sometimes.
You will be treated to the time of your life chasing bunny rabbits in the wild and wooded mountains of Western Maine and possibly bring home one of these trophy rabbits for a nice pot of stew.
So get on the list and wait for the call. I’ll talk to you then.

Operation ReBoot Outdoors 2023 Fly Fishing Seminar 1
Operation ReBoot Outdoors will hold the first Fly Fishing Seminar of the year!
When: Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 9am at Camp Byron. We will start the day with casting.
DETAILS: Instruction for beginners and advance casting techniques for those that are already fishing
with a fly rod. Later in the morning we will go over several basic knots and include some beginner and advanced techniques/training. After lunch (provided by ORO ) we will dosome fly tying and work on any problems folks might be having with their fly casting or fly fishing techniques. Bring any fly-fishing gear that you have – if you don’t have gear, we can provide it.

ORO 3D Archery Competition
We will be hosting our first 3D Archery Competition in Randolph, Vermont June 10 & 11 at the Randolph Fish & Game Club. This will be an IBO style shoot with IBO rules however it isnt affiliated with IBO for an adult open class and youth class. You CANNOT use any laser range finding devices or binos during this event. Use of any laser range finding devices or binos will be cause for immediate dismissal from the competition. This will be a 30 station/target event with prizes for top finishers. We will have some raffle items and as always our Reboot Gear will be in tow. The Fish & Game Club will be handling concessions so bring an appetite!
Entry Fee: $30/archer
We blocked off 2 days for this event but we may be able to squeak it in to 1 day depending on the number of archers
